The Bolero is a precocious blue grape with beautiful, full bunches and an abundant yield. When the grapes are ripe it is not possible to wait too long before picking, because of the risk of mold formation. The picking is at the end of September) Bolero delivers an aromatic fruity wine, with a low level of acidity.
