De Brûswyn is een lekker glas wijn met veel smaak en diepgang. We ruiken aroma’s van vlierbloesem, peer en marsepein en proeven een breed scala aan smaken zoals ananas, peren, appel, vlierbloesem, witte perzik en citroen. De wijn is erg goed gemaakt en heeft een romige mousse. De wijn kan nog rijpen, maar dit zouden we niet aanraden vanwege de lage zuurgraad.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with medium- color intensity and bubbles in the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium – aroma intensity of ripe fruits, stonefruit and flowers. We smell specified aromas of elderflower, pear and marzipan.
Palate
The Brûswyn is a dry wine, with medium acidity, medium- alcohol, a medium+ body and a nice, creamy mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavour intensity with characteristics of citrus and tropical fruit. We taste a wonderful palate of pineapple, pears, apple, elderflower, white peach and lemons.
Quality Assessment
The Brûswyn is a good to very good wine. A nice glass of wine with a lot of taste and depth. The wine can still mature, but we would not recommend this due to the low acidity.
