white wine
A fresh, well-made wine with fruity and vegetal characteristics. A bit unripe in it’s character, with aromas and flavors of green apple, gooseberry, lemon and green bell pepper. This is, however, typical for the wines of the Colonjes winery.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, with youthful development. It has a medium aroma intensity with fruity, herbaceous and vegetal characteristics. We smell citrus, green fruit, and yellow fruit with specified aromas of lemon, green apple, gooseberry, apple blossoms, nectarine and green bell pepper.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol (11.5%), and medium acidity. It is medium- bodied with medium+ flavour intensity. Also in the nose, we have fruity and vegetal characteristics and specified flavors of citrus, apple, gooseberry, pwear and cress. The ending is of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
This is a good wine. It’s not very complex and exciting but well made with a good balance between acidity and fruit. Ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing

Quality Assessment
This is a good wine. It’s not very complex and exciting but well made with a good balance between acidity and fruit. Ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing
