Appearance
A clear, gold colored wine with medium color intensity and mousse in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium (-) aroma intensity of yellow fruit, flowers, almonds, yeast and hints of celery
Palate
dry wine, with medium + acidity, medium alcohol, a medium+ body and a somewhat hard (creamy to aggressive) mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavour intensity with characteristics of citrus and yellow fruits. We taste apple, grapes, citrus (lemon) and mint.
Quality Assessment
A beautiful, dry wine with good balance of acids. Quality of a real Champagne! A very good wine, ready to drink now, not suitable for ageing.
