While the wine has a very modest and greenish nose, there is an expressive taste of ripe and tropical fruits. The wine has a noticeable and elegant ‘gin-tonic’ bitterness and a little tingling on the tongue. It is a sweet wine, but not a typical dessert wine – it is a bit too light for that. The wine is good and well made and combines nicely with ice-cream, fruit and apple pie.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity and clear tears on the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose with youthful development. It is not very aromatic and has a light to medium- aroma intensity. We notice a combination of aroma characteristics of green and ripe fruit with specified aromas of green banana, gooseberries and Galia melon.
Palate
The wine has medium sweetness, a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is quite expressive with medium+ flavor intensity yet is quite light-bodied (medium-). Unlike the greenish smell of the wine, we taste characteristics of sweets, ripe fruit and tropical fruit, with flavors of banana, pear, ripe fresh pineapple, marmalade and peach. The wine has a noticeable and elegant ‘gin-tonic’ bitterness, a little tingling on the tongue and medium finish.
Quality Assessment
The wine is good and well made. It has a very modest nose, but on the other hand there is an expressive taste. It is a sweet wine, but not a typical dessert wine – it is a bit too light for that. It combines nicely with ice-cream, fruit and apple pie.
