Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a pale color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium- aroma intensity with characteristics of tropical fruit, yellow fruit and vegetables. We smell aromas of ripe yellow apple, pineapple, peach, elderflower, some green vegetables and some smokey, creamy tones.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, a medium body and a creamy mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavor intensity. The palate consists of ripe yellow fruit and tropical fruits, elderflower, blossom, melon, combined with more green flavors of lemongrass, green bell pepper wet pebbles and toasted bread. The wine has a nice ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
A well-made wine, with a nice full mouth feeling. It has an exciting tension and a broad aroma and flavor palate.
