A very juicy glass of red wine! In the nose forest fruits, blackcurrants enriched with scents of leather, salmiac and 99% bitter chocolate. The taste of salmiac is quite dominant. In addition, a lot of black fruit, 99% bitter chocolate, pipe tobacco and spicy herbs. Nicely balanced with a pleasant ending. Good to combine with roast lamb chops.

Appearance
A clear, ruby-colored wine with a deep color intensity. Some tears are visible on the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose that holds between youthful and developing and a medium+ aroma intensity with fruity, earthy, lactic and herbaceous aroma characteristic. We smell forest fruits, blackberries, blackcurrants, plums and blackcurrants enriched with scents of leather, salmiac and 99% chocolate.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium alcohol, medium acidity and low tannins. The wine is medium + bodied with a medium+ flavor intensity. We have characteristics of fruits and spices. The taste of salmiak is quite dominant. In addition, a lot of black fruit, 99% bitter chocolate, pipe tobacco, some rose petals and mulled wine herbs. The ending is of medium + length.
Quality Assessment
The wine is nicely balanced. A very juicy glass of red wine! This is a good wine; ready to drink now but will not improve with ageing.
