A fresh white wine with still a bit of a green character with flavours of green apple, citrus, elderflower, and green herbs. The wine is still young, so the acids are still somewhat hard and dominant compared to the fruit. We expect the acids to soften after about 6 months.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful, with medium aroma intensity and fruity, flowery and herbaceous characteristics of yellow fruit, citrus and green herbs. We smell lemon, gooseberries, grapes, citrus fruit, apples, green herbs and grassy tones.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium body. Flavour intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus, yellow fruit and dairy and specified flavours of lemon, green apple, elderflower, gooseberry, light tones of dairy and some almond bitterness. The wine has a medium ending.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, but with some hard, dominant acidity compared to the fruit. Ready to drink now, but we expect the somewhat harsh acids to soften after six months.
