This blend of four Dutch red grapes is a nice dry wine with a bite! Fruit and acidity are nicely balanced. Both in the nose and mouth fresh red fruit, in combination with some yellow fruit and a fresh minerality. A beautiful summer wine that lends itself well for food-pairing like with a fresh salad, turkey, or goat cheese.

Appearance
A clear, pink colored wine with a medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose with medium+ aroma intensity. It has a youthful aroma development and characteristics of red fruit and citrus. We smell red currant, raspberry, strawberry, mandarin, roses and rhubarb.
Palate
A dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium bodied with medium+ flavor intensity and characteristics of red and yellow fruit. We taste red currants, apple, some lychee and peach and tones of minerality. It has no tannins and a good finish of medium + length.
Quality Assessment
A nice dry wine with a bite, fruit and acidity are nicely balanced A beautiful summer wine that lends itself well for food-pairing. A good wine, ready to drink, we think it will improve by several months of ageing.
