Appearance
A clean, lemon-green-colored wine with medium color-intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of sweet fruit, citrus and barrel ageing. We smell sweet apple, pear, elderberry, wild peaches, sweet herbs, honey, vanilla and yeast.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium+ acidity, and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus, yellow fruit and wood.
We taste apple, lemon zest, quince, cedar and little bitter of lemon peel.
Ending is of medium+ length.

Quality Assessment
A good wine with beautiful complexity. Can be drunk now but will improve greatly with 2 years of aging to allow the flavors to integrate more.
