Appearance
A clear, purple colored wine with deep color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean, youthful and pronounced with fruity, vegetal and spicy aroma characteristics. We smell cherries, plumes/ prunes, roses, red beetroot, spices (cinnamon), toast, cedar wood and pipe tobacco.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium+ body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of black fruit, forest fruit, spices and herbs. We taste black cherries, plums, blackberries, spices, bay leaf, licorice, black tea, eucalyptus, pipe tobacco and cedar wood.
Quality Assessment
Beautifully rounded tannins, soft, juicy, and fresh. Very good quality.
Ready to drink now but can also be aged for about 2-4 years.
