Een stevige rode wijn met stevige body met aroma’s en smaken van zwarte bes, braam, eucalyptus, dennen, cederhout, olijven, kruidnagel en rooibos thee. Fruitige en meer dierlijke en kruidige smaken vormen samen een breed smaak palet. Een goede en goed gemaakte wijn, aanbevolen om te combineren met steak, kaas of ‘melanzane alla parmigiana’.

Appearance
A clear, purple-colored wine with a medium+ color intensity. Some legs are visible on the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, it is developing with a medium+ aroma intensity of forest fruits, oak, and both animal and herbaceous characteristics. We smell a wonderful broad aroma palate with scents of blackcurrant, blackberry, eucalyptus, pine, cedarwood, olives, cloves and red bush tea.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium alcohol, medium acidity and medium- tannins. The wine is medium-bodied with a medium flavor intensity. We taste forest fruits and herbaceous, animal and floral characteristics with specified flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, thyme, eucalyptus, leather, liquorice, pepper and a hint of pine. The wine has an ending of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A well made wine! This is a good wine; ready to drink now but will not improve with ageing.
