A clear, lemon-gold colored wine with medium- color intensity. In the beginning, some small bubbles are visible in the glass.
The wine has a clean nose, somewhere between youthful and developing. The wine is quite aromatic, it has a medium+ aroma intensity of flowers and floral aromas. We smell lychees and gooseberries in combination with some unripe aromas of green bell peppers.
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol (13%), medium- in acidity. The wine is quite expressive and has a pleasantly full mouthfeel. We rate both body and flavor intensity a medium+. The fruits in the mouth differ a bit from the ones in the nose. Where we smelled flowers and aromas of sweet yellow fruits, we taste more citrus and vegetal flavors in the mouth. We taste bitter almond, gooseberries, grapefruit, green fresh herbs and something a-typical. The wine has an interesting, punchy, almost tea-like aftertaste; the aftertaste is pleasant with medium+ length.
This is a very good wine. It’s complex, with a wide, diverse palate of taste and a punchy aftertaste! It is an interesting wine with many faces, where you keep discovering new things. Moreover, the price-quality ratio is very good. The panel the panel unanimously agrees: This wine tastes for more!
