Een goed gemaakte wijn met een interessant en zeer breed aroma en smaakpalet. We ruiken een combinatie van rood bosfruit, groene kruiden en duidelijke aroma kenmerken van eikenhout rijping. In de neus een beetje een groen karakter maar in de mond meer rijp, rood fruit, kruiden en zwarte thee.

Appearance
A clear, garnet-colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and youthful nose and a broad, medium+ aroma intensity. It shows vegetal, fruity, floral, herbaceous and wood characteristics. We smell red jammy forest fruit, black currants, blackberries, bay leaf, pencil sharpening, boiled cabbage, green bell pepper and pine-resin.
Palate
A dry wine with quite high acids (medium+). Alcohol and body are medium and the tannins are low. The flavor intensity is also medium, with characteristics of red fruit and spices. The wine is somewhat mouth-drying. We taste red fruit, black cherries, bay leaf, cloves, salmiak, pine resin and black tea.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing due to the low level of tannins. Well made with an interesting and very broad palate.
