Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium intensity and aroma characteristics of yellow fruit, green fruit, stone fruit and blossom. We smell apple, lemon, melon and some anise.
Palate
A dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, and medium- body. Flavor intensity is medium with characteristics of yellow fruit, citrus fruit, stone fruit, and some minerality. We taste grapefruit, lemon, green apple and fennel.
Quality Assessment
The wine is well balanced and has a nice tension. Leave it open for a while to give it some air. The quality is good.
