De wijn is fris, aangenaam en vol fruit met aroma’s van gele appel, citrusfruit en brioche. In de smaak fruitige en florale kenmerken. Met veel romige mousse is het mondgevoel fijn en zacht. De wijn is aangenaam fris maar tegelijkertijd vol en zeer smaakvol. Goed gedaan!

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a pale color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium aroma intensity with characteristics of yellow fruit, citrusfruit and yeast. We smell aromas of ripe yellow apple, lemon, almond, marzipan and brioche.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, a medium+ body and a full and creamy mousse. The wine has a medium flavor intensity. In the palate we have fruity and floral characteristics. We taste lemon, apple juice, mandarin, wet pebbles and floral notes. The wine has a nice ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
The wine is fresh, pleasant and has a lot of fruit. The taste is fine and soft, fresh but full-bodied with quite some taste. Ready to drink now, will not improve by ageing.
