Een wijn met zowel in de neus als in de mond een combinatie van fruitige en hartige tonen. Lekker te combineren met gegrilde aubergine, lamsstoofpot of gegrild vlees. Een beetje oudering zal de wijn wat beter en zachter maken. Niet onbelangrijk: een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Appearance
A clear, ruby-colored wine with a medium+ color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and developing nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity with characteristics of fruit, vegetables and spices. We smell blackcurrant, some green cabbage, tobacco, black pepper and cloves.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium alcohol, medium acidity and medium- tannins. The wine is medium-bodied with a medium+ flavor intensity. The wine has a fruity but also clearly savory character. We taste blackberries and berries, green cabbage and salmiac. The wine gives a drying mouthfeel of pencil shavings. The ending is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A good wine with a good price-quality ratio. Ready to drink now but can improve with a bit of ageing so the different flavors can integrate more and the wine will soften a bit. Nice to combine with grilled eggplant or grilled meat.
