A beautiful white wine with a crisp palate; lots of sweet fruit but also lovely citrus and a light quinine bitterness. The oak notes are not noticeable but it is a lovely glass!

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with pronounced aroma intensity and characteristics of sweet yellow fruit, tropical fruit and citrus. We smell sweet apple, pineapple, peach, sweets and some dairy tones of malolactic fermentation
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of sweet yellow fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, and bitterness of quinine (tonic). We taste sweet yellow apple, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and some bitterness. The ending is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now, not suitable for further aging. The wood notes are not noticeable and the wine is slightly out of balance.
