Appearance
A clear, lemon-pale colored wine with petillance in the glass.
Nose
The nose is clear and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow fruit, tropical fruit and brioche. We smell ripe pears and apples, pineapple, mango, melon, apricot, blossoms, cedarwood and herbs.
Palate
A dry. medium bodied wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and delicate mousse. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of yellow fruit, herbs and vegetables. We taste lemon, apple, pear, sweets, unripe apricots, gooseberry, chamomile, and vegetable tones. Ending is medium+.
Quality Assessment
A beautifully crafted wine with a clear fruity overtone, good acidity, and a pleasant bitterness. The wine is good and ready to drink.
