Een goed gemaakte witte wijn met een zeer breed aroma palet met rijpe gele appels, tropisch fruit en aangename tonen van eikenhoutrijping. In de mond hebben we frissere kenmerken met aroma’s van citroen, appels, wat groenten en meer mineraliteit. Het appelzuur staat nog wat apart en de smaken zijn nog niet volledig geïntegreerd. Dit zou kunnen verbeteren met wat verdere flesrijping.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, with youthful development and a medium aroma intensity with characteristics of tropical fruit, yellow fruit, stone fruit and oak ageing . The wine has a very broad aroma palate with ripe yellow apples, pears, apricots, mango, elderberry, honey, vanilla, butterscotch, caramel and some vegetable hints.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is quite expressive and has a pleasantly full mouth feeling. We give both body and flavour intensity a medium +. The fruits in the mouth differ a bit from the ones in the nose. Where we smelled flowers and aromas of sweet yellow and tropical fruits, we taste more lemon, Elstar apples, apricots but also mineral and some animal flavors. The aftertaste is pleasant with medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
A nice wine with a broad aroma palate and pleasant taste. The malic acid is still somewhat separate and the flavors have not yet been properly integrated. This could improve with some further ageing.
