In één woord: witte winegums! Een eenvoudige wijn met een-dimensionaal aroma en smaakpalet. We ruiken rijp geel fruit en snoep en we proeven een zeer zoete, licht kunstmatige perensmaak.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with pale color intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean with a youthful development. The aroma intensity is medium- with characteristics of sweet yellow fruits and vegetables. It has aromas of sweet ripe pear, candies, lychee and fresh green cabbage.
Palate
The wine is dry with a medium level of alcohol and acidity. The body and flavor intensity are both medium with characteristics of citrus and yellow fruits. We mostly taste very sweet pear, but also ripe apple, some lemon, a small bitter and some artificial sweetness. The alcohol is somewhat burning on the tongue.
Quality Assessment
The aroma palet is quite one-dimensional and also in taste the wine is hardly exciting. The alcohol is not completely integrated and the wine has an artificial sweetness in the palate. The wine is of acceptable quality, ready to drink now and not suitable for further ageing.
