In de mond een vrij aromatisch en breed smaakpalet met heerlijke smaken van zoet geel fruit en citrus, een zoete bittertje van sinaasappelschil, wat honing en bloesem, kruidig ​​citroengras en cederhout. Een heerlijke asperegwijn!

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with medium – color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, with medium(-) aroma intensity and youthful development. The aromas show fruity, floral and ethereal characteristics. We smell apple, melon, banana, cedar wood, flowers, and notes of yeast and dairy.
Palate
A dry wine medium acidity and medium alcohol. The wine is medium bodied and has a medium+ flavour intensity. The palate of the wine is quite broad and shows characteristics of citrus fruit, yellow fruits, flowers, herbs and cedar wood. We taste granny smith apple, white pear, mandarin, orange peel, some honey and blossom, spicy lemongrass and cedar wood . The finish is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A good and well balanced wine, with a modest nose but with a fine, sparkling taste and fresh acids. Ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing
