Een wijn met een zeer rijk aroma- en smaakpalet! Deze bijzondere blend van pinot noir en auxerrois is zeer goed gelukt en geeft een spannende combinatie van rood fruit, steenfruit en citrus. Zoete aardbeien, frambozen, nectarine, abrikoos, rozenbottels, rabarber en de bitterheid van mandarijnenschillen. Het zit allemaal in één glas! Heerlijk!

Appearance
A clear, salmon colored wine with medium color intensity and clear petillance
Nose
The nose is clean, youthful and of medium+intensity with fruity characteristics of red fruit and stone fruit: strawberry jam, raspberry, nectarine, apricot, rose-hips, rhubarb, elderflower and lychee.
Palate
The wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and body and a delicate mousse. Flavour intensity is medium+ with characteristics of red fruit and citrus. We smell a wide palate of raspberries, strawberries, red currant, cranberry, rose-hips and the bitterness of mandarin peel. The wine has a pleasant ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
In the beginning, the mousse is somewhat harsh, due to releasing yeasts but that softens after a while.
A very good wine, ready to drink, not suitable for ageing.
