Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful, with medium aroma intensity and fruity, vegetal and spicy characteristics. We smell melon, ripe yellow apple, some green vegetables and spicy tones of cloves.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Flavour intensity is medium+ with fruity, floral and vegetal characteristics. We taste yellow apple, ripe apricots, tones of ripe citrus, minerality, green asparagus and a pleasant bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine! Full bodied, nicely concentrated. Ready to drink now
