Een aangenaam verrassende mousserende roséwijn! Een mooie smaak van rood fruit en bloesems in de neus. We proeven veel rood fruit en citrus: aardbeien, rode bessen, rozenbottels en een vleugje grapefruit en citroen. Een delicate mousse. Geniet ervan op een lente- of zomermiddag. Combineer niet met eten, drink gewoon en geniet. Schenk nog een glas in voordat zowel de zon als de bubbels verdwenen zijn!

Appearance
A clear, salmon colored wine with a medium- color intensity and clear petillance in the glass.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. Aroma intensity is medium-. We smell a nice palet of red fruit and blossoms: strawberries, raspberries and a bouquet of red and pink flowers.
Palate
An off-dry wine with a medium level of alcohol. Acidity is a bit higher (medium+) which adds freshness to the wine. The body is not very intense (medium-) and flavour intensity is medium. We taste a lot of red fruit and citrus: strawberries, redcurrants, rose hips and a hint of grapefruit and lemon. The wine has a delicate mousse and a medium- finish.
Quality Assessment
It is a good wine. It is ready to drink but doesn’t have potential for further improvement. We found this a pleasantly surprising wine! Enjoy it on a spring or summer afternoon, don’t pair it with food, just drink and enjoy. A bit disappointing is that the bubbles vanish quite fast so pour another glass before both the sun and the bubbles are gone!
