A clear, lemon colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium(+) aroma intensity and characteristics of sweet yellow fruit, tropical fruit and floral aromas. We smell sweet yellow apple, apricot, pineapple, wild peach, honey, and white roses
Palate
A dry wine with medium- acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of sweet yellow fruit, citrus and tropical fruit. We taste apple, sweet pear, apricot, pineapple, peach, lemon and a creamy taste. The wine has a strong zest bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to deink now but can definitely use some ageing. The nose is beautiful and promising. The nose is beautiful and promising. The taste is good but lacks some acidity and spice. As a result, the bitterness is somewhat overpowering. The alcohol-acid ratio is not well balanced.
