Appearance
A clear, gold colored win with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and aromas of apple juice, honey, apricot and lychee.
Palate
A medium-dry wine with low acidity, high alcohol, and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with sweet fruity and herbaceous characteristics of dried fruit, honey, sweet apple, apricot, compote, orange peel, chamomile and sweet ginger.
Quality Assessment
A very successful late-harvest wine. Good quality. Ready to drink now but will certainly age for a few more years.
