Appearance
A clean, lemon-colored wine with pale color-intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow fruit, stone fruit, citrus and savory tones. We smell Sweet apple, pear, nectarine, dairy, honey, malolactic and cheesy tones.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, and medium body and petillance. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus, yellow fruit, stone fruit and vegetal tones. We taste nectarine, wild flat peaches, apple, grapefruit, asparagus, orange peel and almon bitter.
Ending is of x length.
Quality Assessment
A fine wine with a broad flavor palette. Not very pronounced but nicely balanced and elegant. Ready to drink now but can improve with further aging.
