A clean, lemon-green-colored wine with medium- color-intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of citrus, yellow fruit, tropical fruit, and vegetal tones . We smell lemon, green apple, elderflower, pear, gooseberry, apricot, vanilla, honey. smokiness, grasses and green herbs.: the typical smell of cabernet blanc.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol, medium acidity, and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with flavors of citrus, apple, pear, green tones, sorrel, some bitterness and a bit harsh acids.
Ending is of medium length.
