Appearance
A clean and pink-salmon colored wine with medium- color intensity and petillance.
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of red fruit, citrus, tropical fruit and wood-ageing. We smell orange, apricot, cranberries, cherry, marzipan, brioche and honey.
Palate
A dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body and a creamy mousse. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of red fruit, citrus, stonefruit and marzipan. We smell apricot, lemon, ripe red fruit, a small bitterness of orange peel, marzipan and caramel.
Quality Assessment
A good and beautifully made sparkling wine. A lovely balance between sweet and sour, with a nice bite.
