Appearance
A clean, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow fruit, stewed fruit and some dustiness, a typical Riesling aroma. We smell apple, pear, stewed yellow fruit, apricot and orange peel.
Palate
A dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium body. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of yellow fruit and citrus. We taste lemon, granny smith apple, gooseberry, and some bitterness. Acidities are quite harsh. Ending is medium
Quality Assessment
A good wine, but it can definitely age for another five years. The palate is rather limited, and the taste is much greener than the aroma. The wine has a typical Riesling aroma from aging. A simple but good wine, though a bit harsh in its acidity.
