Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with medium color intensity and petillance
Nose
The nose is clean and developing with medium+ aroma intensity and characteristics of yellow fruit and fermentation. We smell yellow apple, grapes, elderflower, gooseberry, pear, vanilla. smokey tones (flint, earl grey tea) and tones of yeast.
Palate
A dry wine with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body and a creamy mousse. Flavor intensity is medium+ with fruit-dominant and fermented characteristics. We taste Reine Victoria plums, green apple, lemon, unripe tangerine, light spiciness, and some almond bitter.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine! Beautiful structure, very juicy with a wide fruit spectrum. Very exciting.
