white wine
Een heerlijke witte wijn, met aroma’s vol citrus, geel- en tropisch fruit en geuren van honing. De wijn heeft een volle, fruitige smaak en heeft een mooie zachte zuurgraad. Nu al prima om van te genieten, maar we verwachten dat hij met een jaar rijping nog zal verbeteren en zich verder zal openen.

Appearance
A clear, water white wine with pale color intensity
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful with medium aroma intensity. It has characteristics of yellow fruit, stone fruit and honey with specified flavours of red, fresh apple, mango, lemon and peach.
Palate
The wine is dry, has high acidity, medium alcohol and medium body. Its flavour intensity is medium+ and shows characteristics of yellow fruit, stone fruit and citrus, with specified flavours of apple, pear, white peach, elder flower and grapefruit.
Quality Assessment
A very good wine! The wine has a lot of ageing potential due to nice acidity and sufficient alcohol. Ready to drink now but will improve and open further with a year of maturation.
