Appearance
A clear wine, lemon- colored with medium- intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The nose is clean, youthful and medium intense with aromas of citrus, yellow fruit, stone fruit. green tones and some yeast. We smell grapefruit, yellow apple, gooseberry, apricot and some green, grassy tones. The nose is somewhat modest and bit closed.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, med alcohol, medium body and a delicate mousse. The flavour intensity is medium with characteristics of citrus, yellow fruit and stone-fruit. We smell specified flavours of apple, mandarin, apricot, nectarine, fennel and a small bitterness. The wine has a medium length finish.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now; not suitable for further ageing.
