The wine has a clear, lemon appearance with medium intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean and youthful and has a medium+ aroma intensity with fruity and flowery aromas of lychee, nectarine, lemon and a bit of sorrel.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol and medium+ body with some fatness in the mouth. We taste flavours of tropical fruits, lychee, yellow apples, melon, and eucalyptus. They have a medium+ intensity..
Quality Assessment
A nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Delicious with Vietnamese cuisine and dishes with coriander.
