Een veelzijdige wijn met een breed bouquet. In de neus veel rijp fruit, bloemen en een vleugje peterselie. Ook veel fruit, bloemen en warme, verse kruiden in de smaak. Een fijne en goed gebalanceerde wijn. Combineer hem met gegrilde vis en zomerse gerechten.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose and a medium- aroma intensity. It shows characteristics of fruit, flowers and malolactic fermentation. We smell aromas of melon, elderflower, ripe yellow apple, white grapes, parsley, a bit of yeast and some hints of chemical sweets.
Palate
A dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and a medium to medium+ flavor intensity. We taste characteristics of yellow fruit and stone fruit and flowers. We experience elderflower, yellow apple, mandarin, roses and fresh thyme in the mouth The wine has a medium finish.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, multidimensional with a broad bouquet and nicely balanced. The wine is ready to drink now, and not suitable for further ageing. Nice to combine with grilled fish and summer dishes
