Een aromatische wijn met in de neus gedroogd fruit, gist, vuursteen en wat minerale tonen. Ook in de mond heel expressief, met aroma’s van citrusfruit, geel fruit en minerale kenmerken. `de afdronk is aangenaam en vrij lang. Geen makkelijk toegankelijke wijn door zijn hoge zuurgraad, maar wel spannend! Lekker te combineren met zwarte olijven tapenade op toast, een klassieke salade met vinaigrette of een blokje kaas.

Appearance
A clear, rose-gold (lemon, pink, orange) colored wine with medium- color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic, it has a medium+ aroma intensity and has characteristics of fruit and malolactic fermentation. We smell dried fruits, yeast, flint and some mineral tones.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium+ acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and quite expressive with a medium + flavor intensity. We taste characteristics of citrus fruit, yellow fruits and mineral characteristics. Grapefruit, lemon, gooseberries, flint and wet pebbles. The ending is pleasant and quite long (medium+ length).
Quality Assessment
A good and well-made wine. Not an ‘easy’ wine due to the high level of acidity, but quite exciting! The wine is ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing. Nice to combine with black olive tapenade on toast, a classical salad with vinaigrette or some cheese.
