Een mooie, frisse witte wijn met een fijne, lange afdronk. Een vrij aromatische neus met jong fruit, groene groenten en verse groene kruiden. In de mond citrusvruchten, groenten en bloemen. Heerlijk in combinatie met een lichte Aziatische maaltijd, zoals een Thaise salade met tonijn of tempeh. Maak het niet te pikant, anders wordt de wijn weggevaagd.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic, with a medium+ aroma intensity. It shows a broad aroma palate with vegetal, fruity and herbaceous characteristics. We smell green vegetables, celery leaves, green peppers, fennel, fresh mint, parsley and coriander. In addition to the greenery, we smell mandarin, rhubarb and some notes of wet pebbles. The finish is of medium length.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium- alcohol level and medium+ acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium flavor intensity. We taste flavor characteristics of citrus fruit, vegetables and flowers. Lemon, elderflower, grapefruit, asparagus and minerality. The wine has a little tingle on the tongue
Quality Assessment
A nice, fresh white wine with a nice, long aftertaste. A good wine, ready to drink now, and not suitable for further ageing. Delicious in combination with a light Asian meal, such as a Thai salad with tuna or tempeh. Don’t make it too spicy or it will overpower the wine!
