Deze natuurwijn vertoont in de neus kenmerken van fruit, kruiden en gedroogd fruit. Hij heeft een mooie smaakintensiteit en een breed smaakpalet van gedroogd fruit, appelcompote, steenfruit en enkele hints van malolactische gisting. Lekker te combineren met olijven, gegrilde vis of een Thaise salade.

Appearance
A clear, gold-colored wine with medium- color intensity
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose with medium aroma intensity with characteristics of fruit, spices and dried fruit. We smell flavors of apple juice, apricots, dried pineapple, orange peel, and hints of white pepper.
Palate
This is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium+ flavor intensity with characteristics of dried, citrus and stone fruit as well as malolactic fermentation. We taste apple compote, grapefruit, yoghurt, bitter almonds, nectarines, honeybush tea and a hint of petrol. The wine has a finish of medium length.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing. Nice to combine with olives, grilled fish or a Thai salad.
