Een easy rider: een makkelijk en fris aperitief. Niets ingewikkelds, een beetje eendimensionaal. Zowel in de geur als smaak hebben we gele appel, druiven, citrus en wat toast. Deze wijn, met de BOB Gelderland-Betuwe, is gemaakt volgens de methode traditionelle met 18 maanden 2e gisting.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a pale color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium- aroma intensity with characteristics of green and yellow fruit, tones of yeast (Lie fermentation) and, in the beginning, some animal tones. We smell aromas of white grapes, apple, pear and yeast.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, a medium- body and a delicate mousse. The wine has a medium flavor intensity. The palate shows fruity characteristics with flavors of yellow apple, grapes, lime, mandarin and some toast. The wine has a nice ending of medium- length.
Quality Assessment
An easy rider, fresh aperitif. Nothing complex, a bit one -dimensional. Unfortunately, the acids are not completely integrated in the palate and the mousse is not very convincing. We score this wine ‘acceptable’.
