Een fruitige mousserende wijn met een sterke romige mousse. Een breed aromapalet met kenmerken van geel- en citrusfruit en bloemen. Iets ingetogener maar ook zeer fruitig van smaak. De wijn heeft wat harde zuren, wat een beetje afbreuk doet aan de smaak. Maar een goed glas!

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with pale color intensity and strong mousse in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium+ aroma intensity with fruity, and floral characterisctics and specified aromas of lychee, elderflower, yellow apple, pear, blossom and a hint of vanilla and yeast.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a medium body and delicate mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavour intensity with fruity (yellow, citrus) characteristics. The wine shows specified flavors of apple, pear, melon, lime, granny smith apple, a bit of dairy and a subtle bitterness.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink, not suitable for ageing. A good glass of wine, some harsh acids.. Aroma palate is much broader than the flavor palate.
