Deze 100% Chardonnay mousserende wijn is fris, aangenaam en heeft een mooie combinatie van fruitige en wat plantaardige kenmerken. Geuren en smaken van geel, tropisch en citrusfruit worden afgewisseld met groenere tonen van vers gras en venkel. Goed gemaakt en mooi in balans. De smaak is sterk en blijft goed overeind, ook enkele uren na opening.

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with medium color intensity and mousse in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium aroma intensity with characteristics of yellow, tropical and citrus fruit with specified aromas of sweet pear, yellow apple, pineapple, apple compote and citrus fruits.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a medium body and a full and creamy mousse. The wine has a medium+ flavor intensity. In the palate we have fruity and vegetal characteristics. We taste pear, apple, grapefruit, tangerine, fennel and some fresh grass.
Quality Assessment
The wine is fresh, pleasant and has a nice combination of fruity and some vegetal characteristics. Well-made and nicely balanced. The taste is strong and holds very well, also after a few hours. Drink now, will not improve by ageing.
