Een echte fruitexplosie in de mond! Door de zoete neus en het snoepachtige smaakpalet zou je in eerste instantie denken dat de wijn off-dry is, maar dat is niet zo. Door de relatief hoge zuurgraad is de wijn goed in balans. Dit is een wijn waar je blij van wordt door hem te drinken! Een glas vol tropisch fruit, steenfruit en bloemen. Lekker bij een poke bowl of Thaise maaltijd.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with medium- color intensity.
Nose
The nose is clean with a youthful development. The wine has a medium aroma intensity with characteristics of stone fruit and exotic fruits. We smell lots of different fruits: white peach, apricot, pineapple, lychee, melon, elderflower and hints of mandarin.
Palate
The wine is dry with a medium level of alcohol (12.5%) and medium+ acidity. It is medium- bodied with medium+ flavor intensity with floral and fruity characteristics. The wine has something candy-like. We taste sweet tropical fruit and stone fruit: nectarine, peach, apricot, pineapple, pear and ripe apples. The aftertaste is pleasant with medium length and a small bitterness.
Quality Assessment
Because of the sweet nose and the candy-like taste palette you might initially think that the wine is off-dry, but that is not the case. Due to the relatively high acidity, the wine is well-balanced. A good wine, ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing. A real fruit explosion in the mouth!
