sparkling wine
Een aperitief met een fris karakter en delicate mousse, die vrij snel weer vervliegt. De wijn heeft een zeer fruitige neus met aantrekkelijke tonen van steenfruit. Helaas mist het dit fruit in de mond, waar we vooral groene smaken ervaren. De citroen/grapefruit bitterheid in de smaak is naar onze smaak iets te uitgesproken.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic; it has a medium+ aroma intensity with characteristics of stone fruit and green herbs. We smell pear, ripe apples, elderflower, white peach, apricots, blossom and parsley.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium+ acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium+ flavor intensity. The wine has a fairly green character in the taste, combined with citrusfruit. Specifically, grapefruit, citrus fruit and green bellpepper. The bitterness in the wine is quite pronounced.
Quality Assessment
An aperitif with a fresh character. The bubbles vanish quite fast and, although the wine has a a very fruity nose, it misses out on fruit flavors in the taste. The bitterness in the taste is slightly too pronounced.
