An aperitif with a fresh character and delicate mousse, which vanishes quickly. The wine has a a very fruity nose with appealing notes of stone fruit., but this fruit is missed in the tasting palate where we experience mostly green flavors. The lemon/grapefruit bitterness in the taste is slightly too pronounced.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-green colored wine with medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. The wine is quite aromatic; it has a medium+ aroma intensity with characteristics of stone fruit and green herbs. We smell pear, ripe apples, elderflower, white peach, apricots, blossom and parsley.
Palate
It is a dry wine with a medium level of alcohol and medium+ acidity. The wine is medium-bodied and has a medium+ flavor intensity. The wine has a fairly green character in the taste, combined with citrusfruit. Specifically, grapefruit, citrus fruit and green bellpepper. The bitterness in the wine is quite pronounced.
Quality Assessment
An aperitif with a fresh character. The bubbles vanish quite fast and, although the wine has a a very fruity nose, it misses out on fruit flavors in the taste. The bitterness in the taste is slightly too pronounced.
