Een opmerkelijk goede en fijne wijn. Zeer goed uitgebalanceerd, vol aroma’s en goed in zuurgraad en met een aangename afdronk. De wijn heeft een zeer aantrekkelijk bouquet van primaire, secundaire en tertiaire aroma’s van abrikoos, honing, gedroogde abrikozen en vijgen, ceder, vanille, boter, brioche en wat kruiden. We proeven nectarine, abrikoos en geel tropisch fruit, gecombineerd met butterscotch, vanille, ceder en een klein amandelbittertje in de afdronk; typische smaken van 6 maanden rijping op eikenhout. Zoals de naam al aangeeft: deze wijn is met liefde gemaakt!

Appearance
A clear, gold-colored wine with a medium- colour intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean nose, it is developing with a medium+ aroma intensity. Primary aromas of stone fruit, secondary aroma characteristics of yeast and oak and tertiary aromas of white fruit development. We smell apricot, honey, dried apricots and figs, cedar, vanilla, butter, brioche and some herbs.
Palate
A dry wine with medium alcohol and medium acidity. The wine is medium+ bodied with a medium+ flavor intensity. We taste primary aromas of stone fruit and tropical fruit and secondary aromas of oak and malolactic fermentation with specified flavors of nectarine, apricot, yellow tropical fruits, butterscotch, vanilla, cedar and a small almond bitter in the finish. The wine has an ending of medium+ length.
Quality Assessment
This is a very good wine; ready to drink now, can improve by further ageing but don’t keep it longer than 2 to 3 years. A remarkably good and fine wine. Very well balanced, full of aromas and good in acidity with a pleasant ending.
