Zeer fruitig van stijl, met veel rijp geel fruit, tropisch fruit en een vleugje honing. Serveer goed gekoeld, want de lagere temperatuur brengt de beste balans en frisheid naar voren.

Appearance
A clear, lemon-colored wine with medium+ color intensity and petillance
Nose
The nose is clean ad youthful with characteristics of yellow fruit, citrus and honey. We smell ripe yellow apple, pear, orange peel and honey.
Palate
An off-dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and a delicate mousse. Flavor intensity is medium+ with characteristics of citrus, tropical fruit, yellow fruit and honey. We taste ripe apples, pear, apricots, and orange peel. Ending is of medium length.
Quality Assessment
An interesting 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine that shows surprisingly little of the typical Pinot Noir character. Very fruit-driven in style, with bright, forward fruit at the forefront. A good wine that is ready to drink now.
