Een zeer geslaagde wijn met een fijn mondgevoel, aangenaam zacht met een klein bittertje. Veel rood fruit in de neus en smaak: frambozen, aardbeien, bessen, heerlijk! De wijn is nog erg jong. Bewaar het tot deze zomer voor wat meer expressie.

Appearance
A clear, salmon colored wine with a medium – color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose. Intensity of the aromas is medium- with characteristic of red fruit. We smell red currants, strawberries, lychee, raspberry and some green notes.
Palate
A dry rosé wine with a medium level of alcohol (11,5%) and medium acidity. The wine is medium bodied with medium flavor intensity. In the mouth we have fruity and flowery characteristics. We taste a lot of red fruits: raspberry, red currant, strawberries, elderflower and a hint of dairy. The wine has a medium ending.
Quality Assessment
A very successful wine with a nice mouthfeel, pleasantly soft with a small bitterness. The wine is still very young. Leave it for a while until this summer for a little more expression.
