Een mooie, fruitige en easy going wijn. Zeer aromatisch en vol van smaak: bosvruchten en rood fruit gecombineerd met kruiden en wat groene tonen. Deze wijn is lekker te combineren met caponata of steak tartaar van tomaat. Drink hem licht gekoeld.

Appearance
A clear, ruby-colored wine with a medium color intensity.
Nose
The wine has a clean and youthful nose, with a medium aroma intensity with fruity and floral characteristics. We smell plums, cherries, blackberries, currants, some roses and chocolate
Palate
A dry wine, with medium alcohol, medium+ acidity and medium- tannins. The wine is medium-bodied with a medium flavor intensity. We taste forest fruit, red plums, cherries, currants, bay leaf, and some green tones of black olive and green bell pepper.
Quality Assessment
A good wine, ready to drink now but will not improve with further ageing. It is a nice, fruitful and easy going wine and will nicely combine with caponata or steak tartare from tomato. Drink it a bit chilled
