Een goed geïntegreerde mousserende wijn met een zacht mondgevoel en romige mousse. In de neus en smaak vertoont hij fruitige en plantaardige kenmerken: groene appels, citrus, een klein bittertje van mandarijnenschil en wat tonen van toast en witte peper. Een lekker aperitief!

Appearance
A clear, lemon colored wine with a medium- color intensity and petillance in the glass
Nose
The wine has a clean, youthful nose, with a medium- aroma intensity with fruity and vegetal characteristics. We smell lemon, grapefruit, elderflower, apricot and some yeast and toast.
Palate
A dry wine, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, a medium body and a creamy mousse. The wine has a medium flavor intensity. The palate comprises pear, green apple, lemon, a small bitterness of mandarin peel and some hints of white pepper. The finish is medium in length.
Quality Assessment
A well-made wine, well integrated and with a soft mouth feeling. A nice aperitif! Only minus is that the bubbles vanish rather quickly.
